Privacy

We keep this simple.

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the date, and use it only to send the Recreation.org newsletter. We never sell or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email info@recreation.org to be removed.
• Visit statistics: our server keeps standard logs (pages visited, referring site, browser) to count visits and see which links are useful. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device). See how Google uses this data; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We don't use advertising cookies.
• Trip planner requests: if you ask for a trip plan, we store what you send us (name, email, optional phone, trip details) and use it only to reply to you and plan your trip. We don't sell it. Ask us to delete it anytime at info@recreation.org.
• Outbound links: when you click a link to another site, we count the click. That site's own privacy policy then applies.
